Open ACDSee Pro and ACDSee database in ACDSee Ultimate version

- In ACDSee Ultimate version, click File | Database |Open.
- Browse to the ACDSee Pro or ACDSee database folder.
The default location of the ACSee Pro 10 database is at:
C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Local\ACD Systems\Catalogs\10.0Pro
The default location of the ACDSee 20 database is at:
C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Local\ACD Systems\Catalogs\200
- Select the dbin file, e.g "Default.dbin", and click the Open button.
- A message "ACDSee will now restart to switch the database" appears.Click OK.
ACDSee will be re-launched, and will use the ACDSee Pro 10 or ACDSee 20 database in ACDSee Ultimate 10.
You can use the similar steps to open Pro 9, ACDSee 19 in ACDSee Ultimate 9; or to open Pro 8, ACDSee 18 in ACDSee Ultimate 8
To convert early version of ACDSee database, e.g. ACDSee Pro 7 or ACDSee 17, please go through the database conversion steps. The database conversion feature can be found under Tools | Database |Convert Database.
