After updating to ACDSee 2020 version and if you find that no image files appears in the manage mode, please try the following steps to resolve the problem:
- Click the Filter drop-down menu above the file list pane and then choose one of the filters. Example: Rating 1
- Click Filter drop-down menu again and click All
The image files will appear in the manage mode.
