To update you credit card payment information for the recurring orders, e.g. subscription plan, you can use the following steps

- Login to your acdID user portal at :

- On the top right of the page, Click My Account | Order History

- In the Order History Page, click Update

- In the Update Payment Method page, enter the Updated information under Payment Options

- Turn on the checkbox “After submitting your order, you agree to the Term of Sales and the Privacy Policy of ACD Systems International Inc”.

- Click the PROCEED Button
