If you are encountering a blank page in ACDSee's Map View, the problem may be caused by cached data in the Google Map WebView. To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below to purge the WebView Cache.
1) Ensure that ACDSee is closed, and then open Windows File Explorer.
2) In the address bar of the Windows File Explorer, type "%temp%\ACDWebViewCache" and press Enter. This will direct you to the ACDWebViewCache folder.
3) Once you are in the ACDWebViewCache folder, delete the "ACDSee Photo Studio Ultimate 2024" sub-folder, or an equivalent folder for “ACDSee Photo Studio Professional 2024” or “ACDSee Photo Studio Home 2024”
After completing those steps, relaunch ACDSee. The Map View pane will display normally
