To resolve the issue with certain DNG files not decoding correctly in ACDSee 2026 versions and in ACDSee Gemstone 16 after the April 2026 update, please follow these steps to update the Raw Plugin file:

1) Download the attached zip file "ID_DCRaw.zip" and extract the file "ID_DCRaw.apl".
2) Close ACDSee 2026 or ACDSee Gemstone 16 if it is currently running.
3) Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the plugin folder for your version. The default locations are:

- For ACDSee Ultimate 2026: C:\Program Files\ACD Systems\ACDSee Ultimate\19.0\PlugIns
- For ACDSee Professional 2026: C:\Program Files\ACD Systems\ACDSee Pro\19.0\PlugIns
- For ACDSee Home 2026: C:\Program Files\ACD Systems\ACDSee Home\29.0\PlugIns
- For ACDSee Gemstone 16: C:\Program Files\ACD Systems\ACDSee Gemstone\16.0\PlugIns

4) In the same plugins folder, copy and paste the extracted ID_DCRaw.apl file from step 1.
5) When prompted, confirm that you want to add the existing file.
