Enter your forum username in the Login field on the login page but leave the Password field blank. Click on Login. You will see the "Login Failed" message. If you would like to recover the password for this account, you may use the Recover Password button to start the recovery process. After you click on the Recover Password button, an email will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. In the email, you will find a link with which you can reset your password.
If for some reason that you do not receive that email, please submit a support request. Customer Service will then provide you with a temporary login password. Please log in to the forum with that password and change your password as soon as possible
