If you cancel your ACDSee 365 subscription plan within 30 days of the original purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund.

For example, if you purchase an ACDSee 365 Home Plan, either annual or monthly, and submit a cancellation and refund request within 30 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your ACDSee 365 subscription plan more than 30 days after the original purchase date, the subscription is no longer eligible for a refund. However, automatic renewal can be disabled, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current subscription term.

For example, if you purchase an annual ACDSee 365 Ultimate Plan on August 15, 2026, and request cancellation more than 30 days after the purchase date, no refund will be issued. Your subscription will remain active until August 15, 2027, and it will not renew after that date.
