As many lenses in the mil-nikon.xml file have changed from NIKKOR to Nikkor, lens correction may no longer be applied to previously developed images that use a NIKKOR lens profile until you disable and then re-enable Enable Lens Profile in Develop Mode.

The following ACDSee programs are affected:
- ACDSee Ultimate 2026
- ACDSee Professional 2026
- ACDSee Gemstone 16

You can use the following workaround to revert mil-nikon.xml to the ACDSee 2025 version to address the issue:

1) Download the attached mli-nikon.xml file.
2) Close ACDSee 2026 or ACDSee Gemstone 16 if it is currently running.

3) Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the Lensfun folder for your version. The default locations are:

- For ACDSee Ultimate 2026:
C:\Program Files\ACD Systems\ACDSee Ultimate\19.0\Lensfun

- For ACDSee Professional 2026:
C:\Program Files\ACD Systems\ACDSee Pro\19.0\Lensfun

- For ACDSee Gemstone 16:
C:\Program Files\ACD Systems\ACDSee Gemstone\16.0\Lensfun

4) In the same Lensfun folder, copy and paste the mli-nikon.xml file downloaded in step 1.
5) When prompted, confirm that you want to replace the existing file.

If you have images shot with a Nikon camera or Nikkor lens that were newly supported in the version of mil-nikon.xml from ACDSee 2026 or Gemstone 16, such as the Nikon Z5II camera or Nikkor Z 180-600mm f/5.6-6.3 VR lens, please contact the ACDSee Customer Care Team.
