You can find a license number in your ACD Systems confirmation e-mail or in the order confirmation email that you received when ordering through the online store on our website.
If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, please request your license number using our Online Support Form.
If you have your ACD software installed you can locate your license number by clicking on the Help drop-down box within ACDSee and selecting About ACDSee.
Once you have registered the ACDSee license code, you can find your license code via acdID user portal. After login, click My Apps to find all your registered ACD programs.
