A) For the ACDSee Program activated with a Perpetual License Code and Lifetime Plan

This process applies to the following ACDSee programs:
- ACDSee Photo Studio 2020 version and later
- ACDSee Photo Studio for Mac 6 and later
- ACDSee Photo Editor 11 and later
- ACDSee Luxea Video Editor

To deactivate a previously activated machine so you can activate a new installation on a different machine using the same license code or lifetime plan, follow these steps:

1) Sign in to your acdID user portal at https://acdid.acdsee.com/
2) In the Type drop-down menu, select "All" or "Lifetime," and in the License drop-down menu, choose "All" or "Full" to display the registered products.
3) Find the program you wish to deactivate (e.g., ACDSee Photo Studio Home 2023) from the list.
4) Under the License (Keys) section, click the down arrow next to "Show [number of] License keys," then click ACTIVATED DEVICES.


5) On the Device List page, click the "DEACTIVATE" button next to the device you want to remove, and confirm the action by selecting "OK."

(B) For the ACDSee Subscription Plan

If you're deactivating a machine previously activated under an ACDSee subscription plan (e.g., ACDSee 365 Personal Plan, ACDSee 365 Home Plan, Program Upgrade Assurance Plan, Gold Membership Plan, etc.), follow these steps:

1) Sign in to your acdID user portal at https://acdid.acdsee.com/
2) In the Type drop-down menu, select "All" or "Subscription," and in the License drop-down menu, choose "All" or "Full" to display your registered Plans
3) Identify the plan you wish to deactivate a device (e.g., ACDSee 365 Home Plan).
4) In the Activated Devices section, click View All Activated Devices.

5) On the Device List page, click the "DEACTIVATE" button next to the device you want to remove, and confirm the action by selecting "OK."
